Avantages
Simplus is a great company to work for. The high growth of the company and the caliber of talent around me gives so many opportunities to grow and develop. The culture is really supportive, caring, and fun. Management is super transparent and clearly communicates what is happening in the business and what our objectives are. I think this is really rare and its so valuable.
Inconvénients
The pace is fast which doesn't work for everyone. But if you thrive on growth and change its an awesome place to be.
