      Avantages

      Que tienen dos turnos y sales temprano te pagan horas extras te dan tu hora de comida tienen sindicato tienen guarderia dentro de la empresa

      Inconvénients

      El ambiente de trabajo no es muy bueno hay mucho egoísmo por parte de algunas compañeras no te dejan crecer el frío que hace dentro de las líneas

      Avantages

      You get paid on time every time.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is not comparable to plants that surround it. Management is terrible and the turnover rate is terrible. Even 20 year veterans won't work for the current plant manager anymore.
