      Avantages

      Working with clients great and the few people that believe in the approach.

      Inconvénients

      Little respect for its staff, always keeping them in dark and ignoring skills they have. Management team in EU that's as big as 'doers!' come on!

      Culture, Consultant team are great coaches/advocates for support, Professional services are truly helpful to organizations

      Avantages

      - Growth mindset culture - Ability to work alongside very experienced Lean subject matter experts - Autonomy - Part of IBM but operates somewhat on it's own - still get the benefits of a large organization

      Inconvénients

      - Limited progression opportunities for folks that are earlier in their career which limits large pay bumps - Peaks and valleys of work (sometimes very busy but sometimes there isn't much work)
