Working from home, flexible working hours, interesting and unique topics to write about, support from content managers and editors on how to improve your writing structure.
Inconvénients
Some allocated topics can be challenging, but it's a good learning opportunity to broaden your experience. Writer expectations can change frequently, but these are clearly communicated.
