      Management is never understanding if your not on the favorite list. Other people deligate their work to you and you get in trouble if you didn't do their work.

      Avantages

      The entire sales & CS team is very supportive during the training phase. Culture is great. Employee input is highly valued across the board. I learned a lot during my time there.
