      Avantages

      Can think of anything. They do have really nice and committed people working for them, but they will loose them if they don't change.

      Inconvénients

      Owner and senior staff are completely counter productive. They have gone through 12/14 Sales & Marketing directors in less than 8 years. At what point will they stop pointing fingers at others and own up. Plus it's in Oxnard.

      Since you left, we have been growing like crazy and investing heavily in the company and our people. From the looks of this review, this was not the right company for you. Regardless, we are sorry that you had a negative experience and we wish you the best of luck in your career!

      Avantages

      The entire sales & CS team is very supportive during the training phase. Culture is great. Employee input is highly valued across the board. I learned a lot during my time there.

      Inconvénients

      No cons at all during my time there.
