      Avantages

      SilverCloud is filled with smart, talented, and dedicated people throughout. The office atmosphere is hardworking but fun. The company focus on core values and community outreach is awesome. There are volunteer opportunities almost every month and a fun committee that plans activities and outings for everyone. The product/technology is rock solid and the singular industry focus is a great differentiator from the competition. Senior leadership has done a great job sharpening the vision and putting together an exciting growth plan for the company. The office space is also a huge plus, with tons of open space, natural light, and easy-access, no-cost parking.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of process change over the past 12-18 months which can be challenging at times.

      I loved my time at Silvercloud, they are such a lovely group of people who are truly mission driven to heal people.

      Inconvénients

      They have been acquired by Amwell, so not sure how much the company has changed.

      Avantages

      Awesome CEO, great management, friendly employees. Work was demanding but reasonable at the same time. Very strong product offering -- the software basically sells itself.

      Inconvénients

      I tried to advance in the company and was ignored twice for a sales position. The manager's office is tucked away from the work area which makes it hard to promote an "open door" atmosphere. Expectations set during the interview (variety of job functions, opportunity to shadow meetings, etc) was not honored by management.
