Management sucks. Can’t transfer from one department to another internally for three years. No employee retention or relationships. Expectations are unrealistic and goals are impossible to meet. Forget about ever getting a good review. Moral is horrible and the management and financial business partners are 200% responsible for why employees are unhappy.

Inconvénients
Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
