Avantages
Working for a small family company had benefits. Concerns about work/life balance were understood and never an issue.
Inconvénients
Working for a privately held company, the restrictions on how capital was managed could be confusing. Things that were an obvious need to the staff often were not purchased due to the lack of a wow factor for the owners.
