Top leadership is out of touch with company interworkings, and changes direction frequently, resulting in wasted hours and money. Top leadership lacks ability to plan properly, or own their mistakes. Deliberately understaffed. No career growth opportunity. Boy's Club atmosphere. Top leadership has their favorites, creating a double standard in treatment and accountability. Extremely poor company morale and high turnover.
