      Avantages

      Good training program, an exposure to the big operations and organisational set up. A pioneer in many technologies, Accessing information from any established source (SPE, benchmarking, financial news, etc) is very easy. Work place is accomodating and individuals come before work

      Inconvénients

      Beaurocracy, little fexibility to move around in the organisation. Inefficiency in decision making.
