      Good place to lern Database related informations for freshers.

      Inconvénients

      Not crediting expense and salary on time. Need to provide reason for all money we have spent. Less DA and TA. Not a good working environment. Near by toilet and luch room

      Avantages

      Friendly atmosphere Good platform to learn for beginners. Leave policy is fine.

      Inconvénients

      2 years of bond period for freshers . Heavy work with low salary. Poor HR. Very unsupportive higher managers Poor infrastructure. not equal pay for equal work Hard to get recognized for your performance. Doing the same thing everytime . Not good for long term career. Less DA and TA are provided and not in time. Doesn't care much about clients. No bonus.
