      Avantages

      1) Resources such as support vendors, tools and continuous training are provided to further employees growth, 2) Onsite workout facility and weekly massages provided for employees to minimize stress, 3) Competitive compensation packages, 4) Very relaxed and friendly work environment, 5) Teamwork and Commitment are promoted throughout the company, 6) The sky is the limit for Service Group's growth potential.

      Inconvénients

      No place is perfect, but I can't think of any reason I would not continue to work at Service Group for many years to come.

      People were always friendly there.

      Inconvénients

      There are no cons at Service Group, maybe traffic. But just be early and you'll be on time.

      Avantages

      Service Group is owned by a local family, and I always felt that they really care about their employees and the impact their business has on the community. In the past the tenure was many years for a lot of the employees. Unfortunately in recent years there have been some wide-reaching rounds of lay-offs, which is unnerving but sometimes needed. The company provides perks that build goodwill like providing monthly massages, a small on-site gym, and matching donations to charitable organizations.

      Inconvénients

      The office location is terrible for dealing with traffic. It's difficult to get out just to pick up fast food for lunch and be back in less than the 45-minute lunch break. Also, even employees who are not customer facing are required to be in at 8:00 am, which is the worst time for traffic. The general work atmosphere can vary dramatically between departments depending on the rules and leadership approach used by each manager.
