      Avantages

      New sales leadership who is restructuring the company and establishing positive teamwork.

      Inconvénients

      Former clinical and sales leadership created a mess that is now being cleaned up by the new leadership CFO. The teams were segregated, so communication was poor, and nobody understood anybody's role. New leadership is now changing that.
