Avantages
Smart people, lots of new people and ideas, and the product is coming together in a very healthy market for security software. The IBM relationship is a very positive sign - IBM will only get this involved if the product is mature and market ready, and IBM can sell it to meet a need. The future roadmap looks interesting too!
Inconvénients
Company has had some ups and downs but seems like that is in the past now.
