Benefits are pretty good, company covers all employee health costs, 4% company match and generally either a cash bonus or profit sharing invested into 401k. Lots of opportunity for promotion, flexible work schedules, and a focus on making sure employees are happy. The company is very active in the community through sponsorships and local events. Lots of happy employees help to make the work day much easier.
Inconvénients
Unless your assigned to a special project, the scope of work outside of your normal duties is rather limited for better or worse. HR department can be hit or miss when it comes to followup on benefits. Pay increases are modest at 3%, so be prepared to have something to have something to back you up if requesting an increase. This may sound strange but no advance notification of employee departures even when the employee leaves amicably...so forget about saying goodbye to coworkers unless they tell you directly.
