Avantages
I recently completed the cybersecurity knowledge transfer program offered by Scyntech Limited. Overall, the program was well-structured, though I found it to be somewhat fast-paced. I believe that a slightly slower tempo could enhance the adaptability of the consultants participating in the program. Additionally, I noticed that the network security section requires a solid foundation in networking knowledge. As I do not have an extensive background in networking, I recommend an increased number of classes for this module, as it would greatly benefit consultants in the long term.
Aside from that, I found the program to be thoughtfully curated. Following the completion of the course, the marketing team reached out to me, and the mock sessions they conducted proved to be quite beneficial. About three and a half weeks into my marketing efforts, I began receiving client inquiries, coinciding with the conclusion of the mock sessions. The interview process was rigorous, and I encountered a few unexpected questions. After experiencing five to seven rejections, I successfully secured a project.
The paperwork was managed by Scyntech Limited, and I would like to note that they conducted a thorough background check on my behalf. Currently, I am in the process of extending my contract, and discussions are ongoing with Scyntech Limited regarding the application for my work visa for the upcoming year.
Inconvénients
To meet critical project deadlines, the role may occasionally require working beyond standard hours. It's all about getting the work across the finish line.
