      Avantages

      Over all very bad experience with this company because more than 2years (2yr 5mth) worked with Scriptgiant Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Co-workers, senior & junior employees are also helpful everyone with others but Company MD Mr. Himagshu Sekhar Sahoo does not any co-operate with employees. Many 5 star compliment is created by pressure of the management.

      Inconvénients

      My joining date January 2015 to Release date April 2017 still not provide my PF & ESIC valid number, documents & papers and not submitted the deducted amount. Many time official emails and face to face verbally told this mater but companies HR & Mr. Sahoo don't care of this mater also neglected. My Last April 2017 salary not cleared still now and also harassed with salary time.

      Warning - all the positive reviews are done by staff who are forced to do so by the management. This entire company is nothing but a scam. Salaries are supposed to be paid by 15th of every month, but for last 3 or 4 months, they are being delayed. In fact, if you resign, then you can forget about getting your last month's salary. The director of this company is clueless about how to run the company, treat customers or employees. Around 20-25 employees resigned from here in March/April because of his way of misbehaving with employees and non payment of salaries. Clients regularly get fed up with the way this company cheats them by taking a solid advance amount and not completing the job. Employees get fed up because of lack of direction of management. If you join here, the only thing that will happen is that your career will get a permanent black mark.
