      1. Personal space provided to all 2. Caring and helpful management 3. Liberty in terms of approaching anyone in the office

      Inconvénients

      1. Unstructured office, no one knows what they are doing and why are doing 2. No regular followups 3. No proper HR 4. Thousands of restrictions on using data and restrictions on using internet too (a lot of it unnecessary)
