      Avantages

      The product is technically brilliant, priced well and wins against the usual suspects (VMWare, Nutanix, etc). The US team are great and Jeff Ready is a man you just want to over-achieve for. A truly approachable and charismatic leader.

      Inconvénients

      The Exec leader in EMEA isn't someone you want to achieve for, what he lacks in charisma, he more than makes up for in arrogance. A truly narcissistic bully. Sales people do not last long in the EMEA team.

      Avantages

      Not that many to be honest.

      Inconvénients

      Management team is an absolute joke. CEO LOVES himself and has to be the one making all decisions There is no strategic direction within company. Culture in company is very depressing. Everyone I know there is actively interviewing for jobs elsewhere. Company has Napoleon disease - think they are some huge market mover, they're not. Technology is avg to below avg - and thats being kind. Partners were revolting coming out of partner conference in Las Vegas Had to get rid of their HR leader because of "issues" in Las Vegas. (Fill in your own blanks - what happened in Vegas, didn't stay in Vegas)
