Avantages
I did get promoted once, and received 2 raises in the course of 3 years working here. Most of my co-workers were nice and helpful.
Inconvénients
For the amount of work I was doing and the stress that came with my position, I did not feel as valued as I would have liked by my bosses or the physicians I worked for.
