Helping kids you know couldn't make it through their day without you. Knowing you are helping them grow is amazing. Building those friendships and letting them know they can trust you. Seeing them make strides because you've helped teach them how to manage emotions.
Inconvénients
They do not take care of their people. If anything, they add to an already stressful job. You do this job for the kids you are helping, not for the department.
