Avantages
Work/Life balance is awesome here, pay isn't too bad, tons of product choices to offer customers, awesome training programs for technicians and customers.
Inconvénients
lack of training for many positions within the organization, pay could be better, although there are many products to offer customers sometimes lead time on obtaining those products can be significant, lack of urgency within all of the departments needed to be relied on in order to satisfy the customer's needs, unrealistic ideals of what the overall market truly entails "Reality vs Expectations".
