Stable job, considered essential during COVID-19. Medical benefits not bad, but can only claim 80%. Can use to claim for optical and childcare fees.
Inconvénients
Work life not that balance as claimed by many. Given a laptop but no work from home option (only allowed to during COVID-19 as company does not want to be penalised by MOM). Laptop is to do OT at home so doesn't violate OT requirement. Required to logon on weekends. Need to clock in and out unless you are manager. Every minute late may result in pay cut. Requested to come in 30min early so I can leave 30min early but HR say cannot. However, during COVID-19, MOM said must have staggered timing, then everything can, I finally am able to start and end 30min early. Company encourages lean practices but not really in my opinion.
