Avantages
Overall, working at SPRIM has been a very positive experience. The company culture feels natural. We all enjoy working with each other and work well as a team. We work very hard, but also know when to have a good time.
SPRIM does some really cool work in healthcare. We work with some of the biggest brands in the industry, and we're also forward-thinking, leading the charge in digital health.
The opportunities to grow and learn have been fantastic. I've worked on a number of different projects that have offered me awesome experience. It's a growing company so there's opportunities for promotion and to take on new roles, as well. I feel like I always have a seat at the table and my input and ideas are valued.
Management is open and receptive to feedback. They are also approachable. It's a get your work done type of place and so long as you do that, you won't be micromanaged.
It sometimes feels like you're working for a small business, but it isn't. It's actually a global company and you'll work alongside people from offices in many different countries.
Inconvénients
As a global company, the only time to speak with our counterparts on the other side of the world is either at night or early mornings so you need to be flexible on your working hours.
