      Staff are very friendly and helpful .

      Inconvénients

      Management is poor, with no work-life balance. Higher-level management shows little concern for staff, and the salary scale is average. The current HR management is also very lacking; they implement new rules but fail to follow them.

      One of the best places to gain exposure to international projects

      Inconvénients

      Not recommended if you’re coming in with a strict 9 am to 5 pm, typical Sri Lankan mindset. That’s not how people work in IT companies, especially in international businesses.
