Career opportunities are broad; you can change a job inside the company or be relocated to another part of world.
Inconvénients
When hired on junior position you will stuck in development program for 3 years which blocks you from fast growing. Until you get mobile status the salary is not the best one. Work will become a strong part of your time, it is not a 9-5 type of job (this could be a problem for somebody, in my case I like this way)
