Avantages
There are plenty of career opportunities and the company encourages mobility. I have had the opportunity to work in the field as well as in a number of business functions, business segments and all over the world. Also, you build a lot of comradere, especially if you are working in the field. Additionally, the training and development programs are very well respected.
Inconvénients
If you are in the field you work extremely long hours but you are paid well. Also, a lot of the locations around the world are off the beaten path, which could actually be a positive. Bottomline is you have to be ready to sacrifice work/life balance if you are working in the field.
