      Avantages

      Nothing to tell about Pros.

      Inconvénients

      Petrol reimbursement For field=1500 for a month and you have to cover all Pune in it. When you ask for laptop manager says share with your Team lead we don't have laptops. You have to submit your work on time but they will never pay you on time. They don't even provide stationery,no chairs in the office even fans are not working. If you are going to courier company's parcel you have to pay the charges and they will take 3 to 4 months to pay you that courier charges. Even the toilet is broken.Bad Experience will not recommend anybody.MIDC job is better than this company.

      Avantages

      If you wish to end your career, do think of joining this company. Mr Patel the owner thinks he is owner of this company is targets you personally, please if possible shut is company down , this is more of a mental hospital

      WFH in case any emergency.

      Inconvénients

      Old brain Management decision , Management think employee are slave hire and fire strategy managemnet is surrounded by 4 old brains . Management think peolple staying late only work rest even if u complete work and leave on time u are non performer . No management in terms of timelines all projects taken clients are totally negative .
