2. Good policies and great yearly hike(10-15%)
Inconvénients
1. Management is not good.
2. Some of the projects will destroy your work life balance and manager will treat you like 'Bandhua Majdoor'. They don't have sense how to treat or speak to your team members.

Management doesn't train you. I was not even allowed the opportunity to figure it out either before they laid me off. The guy who was supposed to train me didn't, and threw me under the bus when my progress was evaluated. They want you to come on the team, already knowing everything.
