Avantages
The office looks nice and they have a Starbucks.
Inconvénients
The office culture is terrible. No one likes each other, everyone is very competitive even though there is no chance of promotion. A lot of gossip and trash talking. Their business model doesn't make sense and no one understands how the doors are kept open.
