Avantages

This company is small and had somewhat of a "family" feel during the interview process. They deal with a lot of rural people, which makes the work generally easier. The CEO actually conducted my final interview-a touch I at first appreciated but on reflection realized it was very telling as to how this company conducts business.

Inconvénients

The management is extremely rigid and not open to negotiations or questions. I was offered a position and once I attempted to negotiate on salary (and we were only about 5K apart), they immediately called to say they were rescinding their offer. They said it was because I asked too many questions....which is supposed to be the purpose of the interview process I thought. In hindsight, the offer was actually too low and it turned out to be good that this happened.

Avantages

Small company and limited number of employees. Have a great scope to learn work. Contracters are paid for the extra hours worked. Very descent people to work with.

Inconvénients

As the number of resources are very limited sometimes you have to stretch your hours. This is a pain in the arm but that depends on how one takes it. Otherthan that no complaints.
