      Reputation, Lack of pressure and stress, flexibility of schedule, quality of facilities, helpfulness of others, ease to get pay on time

      Inconvénients

      can be boring and repetitive work, have to be the type to keep yourself amused just by being there, can be strict with lateness

      Avantages

      co-workers are super nice, friendly and collaborative. Good flexibility in work arrangements. My immediate boss is nice.

      Inconvénients

      Morale is quite low, and turnover is high. We are losing good people and goals are not being met. Senior Leader tell us to do more with less, and do not want constructive feedback. They don't lead by example, taking elaborate trips instead of being present and supporting staff. Rules don't apply to them. So disappointing, not what you would expect from a public university.
