Toxic management and micromanagement made for a terrible experience - Avis employé Asstt Manager Rustic Bakery

In my 25 years experience of working in the hospitality industry this had to be the worst experience of my career. I was absolutely micromanaged to death. I was constantly spoken down to and treated like and imbecile. The Egotistical management was literally unbearable. I was broken down every day. I was Snapped at, demanded and finger pointed to do tasks. Zero respect especially towards women. I would never work here again.
