      Remote and no other pros for this company

      Inconvénients

      .05% 401K match, Micromanaging from Managers and they will pick favorites and then ostracize other employees from the group. Benefits aren't great at all. No room for growth. They expect you to work over 50 hours a week with low pay.

      Flexibility. Everyone is so nice and helpful.

      Inconvénients

      It would be nice to have an HSA and Roth IRA to select for benefits.

      Strong vision and direction, remote work options, health insurance, 401k match, quarterly bonus opportunities, internal promotions, leadership has an open-door policy

      Inconvénients

      Fast paced environment for some roles, can be stressful if you aren't prepared for it.
