A small team split all over the world means fewer live interactions and async work. Our working approach & tooling are adapted, and we organise quarterly offsite to meet altogether during a few days. Our organisation might be wonderful or more challenging depending on your personality and autonomy level.
It's a pretty glace place to work if you're building a career in venture capital. Feels fair and meritocratic. And I've seen enough examples of people being promoted internally.
Inconvénients
The onboarding could have been smoother and you have to figure out some things on the go. But that's pretty common in tech anyway.
