no health benefits, 5+ years until paid vacation, struggle to get time off months in advance, boss had said many inappropriate comments to staff that caused many employees to eventually quit

Very judgemental. I have heard the owner talk trash about her customers with them 5 feet away. Overwhelming workload. You will be severely micromanaged. Unethical customer service. Don't lose your $1000 gift card, they won't replace it without a receipt and they don't care. They will tell you they can't look it up, but they absolutely can because the owner thinks your should be "held accountable" and she will laugh about it all the way to the bank.
