      Avantages

      I love working and enjoy my job and coworkers. Of course, my first love is my child! My manager has been great in working with me so I don't have to miss any "first" milestones. As long as I get my work done and maintain the quality of my work, I have flexibility for a great work/life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Some tools/technology are a little dated, but those issues are being addressed and the company is moving forward.

      Avantages

      The people were nice when I joined, but when they started leaving, I knew it was time for me to leave too.

      Inconvénients

      Clear nepotism at the management level and they don't even try to hide it.
