      Avantages

      Was not overloaded with work until team was reduced. Good work life balance and hybrid office hours. Unlimited PTO was a plus.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership issues caused blockers with digital product development. Unfortunately none of the large products I contributed to were released.

      The people are amazing to work with. Everyone contributes and there is a real sense of collaboration.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes working remotely can mean that there are gaps in communication, but they are easily fixed!

      Avantages

      Had an enjoyable employment at Ruckus. Everyone from the top down was super welcoming, friendly, and professional.

      Inconvénients

      The switch to WFH full-time lost some of the company culture that was so strong.
