      it was good money but not worth the long hours

      Inconvénients

      Rreal Tacos has no loyalty to their employees and treat then like salves and take over 25% of their tips to pay their other employees note this is not a tip share.

      Avantages

      Fast paced environment to build skills for future. Decently priced comped meal per shift.

      Inconvénients

      Take 25% of tips from employees, crazy amount for a casual dining place. No room for growth if you’re in college. Not diverse/inclusive. 10+ hour shifts (not a double) & non-paid mandatory meetings DAILY. Relatively new company so they are constantly changing rules and policies for their $$ benefit which in turn hurts FOH. Make FOH decorate/take down decorations during holiday season- unpaid.
