      Avantages

      Leadership is wonderful, work environment is one of the best I've been apart of, everyone is a team player and supportive, feedback is always encouraged and listened to, overall I absolutely love working for RowCal!

      Inconvénients

      The only cons would be towards the industry itself, it can be a tough industry at times and having night meetings with clients can be tiring.

      Avantages

      A boss who isn't from the area and who likes to not show up to in person meetings

      Inconvénients

      You will have zero support from admin staff- you will have a virtual assistant from Signapor that is actually quiet good. But with that said, they just got rid of the Nashua office, so everypne now WFH and if that doens't tell you the direction that they are headed in what will...training VA for your position, and they will take what they can get from you. No real vacation time- Handbook states unlimited, HA HA you won't get a day off nevermind a vacation.
