Avantages

None, except a great tech team that existed once, who left due to non friendly work environment. Free evening snacks.

Inconvénients

Not a great company to start your career with, founders of the company think they owe you once you are a part of this company and expect to work long hours, 6 days a week. CEO is full of himself and abuses and bashes and fires anyone he feels like. There's no long term growth in the company, they don't have well defined management and appraisal policies, all happens on whims and decisions made by founders, so don't expect them to be just. Hired freshers from college and fired them within 2 months without any proper compensation or reason. Had a very negative experience with the company, wasted my time getting involved with Routofy.

Avantages

Free food. Ample opportunity to learn in tech. Good location. They spend a lot of money for employee satisfaction which is good.

Inconvénients

The company is literally handled by kids who have no experience about anything. Marketing is handled by people who have such low IQ. They are not able to reach the target audience just because of their dumb marketing team. They dont know the tactics, they cant run even a single campaign properly. They literally cry for like and shares on Facebook. Work life balance is zero. People are made to work even on national holidays. The founders cry on giving leaves to employees. Coming back to founders, they are the reason why the culture of company is so poor. They dont value the advice of employees. And hence the efforts of people who work hard go in vain. They treat their employees as slaves. I have seen many startups but this one in particular is torturous.

Avantages

Great product idea, nice tech stack, free food

Inconvénients

Founders always try to run the company on their own terms. Its either their way or highway. People join company only because of the product but after experiencing the cold environment they start looking for options. No respect for women employees. CEO has no backbone of his own. He always imparts his views on a sales guy who is good at blabbering and is made to speak on his behalf. Dumb marketing team with no brains and zero ideas. Writing skills are not everything. You need to apply brains too. HR is made to do what CEO says. No one can do what they feel is right. Sales team is dumb. All they do is say yes to what CEO says. Not productive at all.
