      - 50% discount on apparel

      Inconvénients

      - No structure in the creative marketing department - No recognition - No personal growth - No perks aside from the discount which again, not worth it - Work/life balance does not exist it's work/more work balance - Culture was lacking and really went decreased to nothing. TIP: the 50th anniversary for your employees shouldn't be held in the parking lot of the office. - Did feel like I could trust anyone there
