Warm at first, coworkers talk about new employees behind their back, spreading gossip about work ethic to higher-ups to get recognized.
Inconvénients
Management does not review any expectations in terms of what you need to pass probation. Pay extremely low for work volume expected. Will fire without cause, coldly and swiftly. Found out about gossip from another employee-friend after leaving.
