      great reputation in community family owned customer service oriented high quality product lines

      Inconvénients

      required to work every Saturday (they do however bring in lunch every Saturday) because it is family owned, sometimes change comes slowly.

      Avantages

      Passionate family business, environment suitable to learning, always positive environment. I always felt comfortable asking questions and learning on the job. Management makes you feel important and valuable to the company.

      Inconvénients

      I have no cons for Roma.
