Higher management is approachable and friendly

Lacks inter-team/ department synergy, Passive-aggressive office politics, Sometimes Senior Management does not know what they want, or lacks communication skills, and forces decisions on juniors by breaking the work process and not caring about or listening to their expertise or ideas. Very minimal to non-research-based work and decisions. Only 1 off day ( 6 work days). Last but not least, all the benefits and promises from the HR can sometimes be misleading and
