      Pay isn't the best. Upper management is mean. That's not me complaining or being whiny. They're just mean people.

      Avantages

      Materials were on time usually, equipment was top notch, no shortcuts. Diverse. When OT was required they let you know with plenty of time. Unexpected bonus’

      Inconvénients

      Tiny bonus for a company raking in millions. The owner is a great guy but he likes to micromanage his foremen. In non union shops sometimes unqualified personnel is in charge and that is kind of scary for the electrical trade.
