Hours are desirable, work load is relatively easy, management is amazing, coworkers are also amazing. A menu you can be confident selling.
Inconvénients
The only cons worth mentioning are that with any service industry job, you're going to have difficult customers. Management is helpful in these situations so there's really nothing to bother worrying over.
The place is covered in roaches. The people do not wear gloves including the chefs, and the food runners eat french fries off the peoples plates that they are going to take to the table. The chef is mean, and there is a lot of favoritism.
