      Inconvénients

      Owner is very difficult to deal with. No structure in the company or training programs available to any staff. Very fast staff turnover in shops due to low pay and no benefits.

      Good brand renown for it's quality. Very relaxed environment although sometimes hectic.

      Inconvénients

      Offices blame the stores and team members for their lack of professional acumen and lose money on poor management.
