If you can manage your own workload, and find time to do other cool stuff, there is an opportunity to create and grow. If you need direction, this might not be the place for you. Exciting place to be, when you first join. After the initial honeymoon phase, the recognition and visibility just goes POOF. No one seems to be helping employees develop a career path, and it's easy to get overlooked. Raises? Don't hold your breath. Three HR plans in three years... where are we going, Rocket? Help us out here. Rocket attracts good talent, but does not work hard enough to retain the same employees. Professional development budgets are zero or very small, and conferences and training are handed out on a "it's who you know" basis. Management changes are like a revolving door at Rocket. Culture is still being defined, rapid growth is not handled well.
